Preliminary year end financials

Things have been falling in-line with the budget.  Our 3-year maintenance spend is shy of where it should be but we will be discussing items that fall into this category at the next board meeting (TBA).  This includes tree trimming, fence staining, driveway maintenance and other smaller items.
