February financials (preliminary)

Maintenance savings shown - the money accrued over the past 3 years will be spent on tree trimming.

Final financials will be posted at the end of the month.  The attached reports will be used for preliminary planning at the upcoming board meeting.

Also included is a 3-year budget versus actual that reflects our major cycle for big maintenance spends.
