Good morning!
It's time once again for the annual meeting. I'd love to see you come participate in the discussion or vote by proxy if you prefer. As a friendly reminder, please remember that the association direction is guided by your vote and as 1/14 owner of the organization, your voice is louder here than elsewhere. Also, for anyone who is interested in playing a larger role in the organization, board member positions are filled by election so any homeowner can run for a position.
Meeting materials are being prepared and will be distributed prior to the meeting. Outside of that, here's what you need to know:
