According to John, the irrigation has been shut down for the season.  It looks like we'll be 25-30% under budget for irrigation this year.  Despite this, the numbers don't reflect an overall savings since the board made the decision to switch landscaping vendors mid-year and also invested some of our funds in the irrigation system improvements with the goal of reducing our water bills.

Overall, we're tracking closely to budget.
