Just a quick recap of the outcome:
All items voted on passed
Dues will remain $180/mo ($2160 for the year)
A one-time special projects assessment totalling $71 for 2020, breakdown as follows:
$25 for special project #1
$46 for special project #2
Action items:
3-year corrected financial report will be posted (you should have already received this)
Special Project 3 details forthcoming
CC&R amendment will be sent to homeowners for review before filing
