2013 year-end financials

We ended the year with $8602.03 in the bank and 1272.87 under budget.  The excess funds will go into the maintenance slush fund which is typically used every 3 years for major tree pruning and fence staining.  The 3-year summary is a good indication of how closely we track to budget since it includes all of our major maintenance work that we perform.  We ran $482.94 over budget according to the 3-year report.

The 2014 annual meeting date and location is 7pm Tuesday 3/25/2014 at Larry's house.
