Annual association meeting summary

Thank you to all who were able to attend and to those who were able to submit proxy votes so we had sufficient participation to conduct business tonight.  Below is a quick summary of items that required votes tonight.  Official minutes have been posted: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=d29vZHJpZGdlaG9hLmluZm98aG9tZXxneDoyNTMzNzYzZTFkYjUyYTY0 and invoices/statements will be provided later this week or next.

• 1. APPROVED - Budget / Dues increase to 180/mo (starting March 2019) - 11 in favor

  2. APPROVED - Cedar addition project, $134/homeowner - 10 in favor, 1 opposed

  3. APPROVED - Entrance sign flowers project, $30/homeowner - 9 in favor, 1 opposed, 1 no vote

  4. APPROVED - John Loman's re-election to board - 11 in favor

  5. APPROVED - Larry Tolliver's election to board - 11 in favor
