The Village at Woodridge Homeowners Association, located in Bellevue, Washington was formed in 2001. Anyone who is an owner of property in the planned unit development is part of the association and is encouraged to participate and provide feedback regarding the neighborhood.

storm drains, sewer, sidewalks, street, and community area fencing
CC&R and by-law enforcement and update
