Who are we?

The Village at Woodridge Homeowners Association, located in Bellevue, Washington was formed in 2001.  Anyone who is an owner of property in the planned unit development is part of the association and is encouraged to participate and provide feedback regarding the neighborhood.

Board members serve 2-year terms.  The current board members are:

What do we do?

The association's sole purpose is to improve, maintain, and manage our planned unit development.  The following items are covered by the association:

• • Irrigation

  • maintenance

    • mowing of all lawns

    • landscaping to the front of the homes

    • entryway landscaping and sign

    • greenbelts, park area, and storm-water retention area

    • storm drains, sewer, sidewalks, street, and community area fencing

  • CC&R and by-law enforcement and update
